We offer a local Click and Collect Service, please select the Collection method when on checkout. Please note, we don't currently offer a walk in service to place orders. If you would like to visit us, please make an appointment by calling us MON-FRI 8.30AM-5PM on 0800 088 3300.

for orders under 1KG in weight and under £50 in value. Excludes long items such as aluminium channels, coving, neon tubes and neon flex mounting track.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed £4.95 (ex. VAT)

for orders under 1KG in weight and under £50 in value. Excludes long items such as aluminium channels, coving, neon tubes and neon flex mounting track.

DPD Next Day Delivery £8.95 (ex. VAT)

For parcels under 1m (i.e. excluding profiles). Next day shipping via DPD, 1 hour timeslot where applicable, estimated next working day when order is placed before 4pm.

Fedex Next Day Delivery £10.95 (ex. VAT)

For parcels under 1m (i.e. excluding profiles). Next day shipping via FedEx, estimated next working day when order is placed before 4pm. FREE on orders over £75* when you become a Gold Account holder.

Next Day Delivery on orders over 1m £12.95 (ex. VAT)

For orders which include profiles. Shipping via FedEx, estimated next working day when order is placed before 4:00pm*.

Weekday Pre 12:00pm Delivery £10.95 (ex. VAT)

Shipping via DPD on orders placed before 4:00pm.

Saturday Delivery £24.95 (ex. VAT)

Shipping via DPD On orders placed before 4:00pm.

International Delivery

We now ship worldwide from the UK. All orders will be sent by a trackable method with DHL. We deliver to most countries in Europe, Asia and Australia (not USA). Please contact us for a shipping quote to your country.

Please Note for Free Delivery: Our Free Delivery service for orders Over £75 (Exc. VAT) Excludes LED Channel, This because package lengths over 1 metre need to be sent out on a FedEx Oversize Service.

Next Day Delivery Orders must be placed before 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays to qualify for next working day delivery.

Most of the courier companies/Royal Mail will require either a signature or pre-agreed instructions to leave parcels with a neighbour or a designated safe space. The best way to organise this is to register with them and give instructions on your account page on their the website or on their app. See also the delivery section of our terms and conditions here.

The final figure will be shown in the checkout before card details are taken. Any order taken after 4.00pm will be sent the next working day (subject to stock.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that items will arrive at the times specified by our couriers/Royal Mail as it is outside of our control.

*Shipping to the North of Scotland, off the mainland UK may take an extra day to arrive due to carrier scheduling.

Please Note: Our aluminium channel, neon tube (over 0.5 metes) and coving ranges are supplied in lengths over 1 metre and therefore needs to be sent via FedEx Next Day  / Economy delivery. For more information please see the Terms & Conditions
